Periodontology is a subspecialty of dentistry dealing with diseased gingival tissue. Periodontitis is a gingival and bone disease that is an inflamed due to specific bacteria affecting supporting tissue. In our clinic, we offer a solution to loose teeth caused by tissue damange. The most common cause of gingivitis and periodontitis is plaque. Tartar is nothing more then the calcification of plaque that accumulates on teeth. Tartar can develop on the tooth surface or even under the gums. Removing this is absolutely necessary to prevent future problems.
